Mucho Tango Festival Canada is a fully immersive tango experience!
We are thrilled to bring for the first time in Canada, Mucho Tango Festival from Buenos Aires, featuring international Maestros and Dj.
Our mission is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone passionately in love with tango: a space to share joy, meaningful connections, and a true vibe.
Throughout the entire event, you will be inspired by eight amazing Maestros and six Dj’s, as much as our amazing venues where you will fully enjoy the floors including 2 galas night with shows and life music and 2 milongas.
The program brings together some of the world’s most highly regarded tango artists deeply connected to the tango community and celebrated for their authenticity and musicality.

Nous sommes ravis de présenter pour la première fois au Canada le Mucho Tango Festival de Buenos Aires, avec des Maestros et DJ internationaux.
Notre mission est de créer une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale pour tous les passionnés de tango : un espace de partage, de rencontres authentiques et d’une énergie unique.
Tout au long du festival, laissez-vous inspirer par huit Maestros et six DJ exceptionnels, et profitez pleinement de nos magnifiques espaces de danse, notamment deux soirées de gala avec spectacles et musique live, ainsi que deux milongas.
La programmation réunit certains des artistes de tango les plus renommés au monde, profondément ancrés dans la communauté tango et reconnus pour leur authenticité et leur musicalité.

For this first edition of the Mucho Tango Festival Canada, we are thrilled to welcome six internationally acclaimed DJs, true architects of emotion and energy on the dance floor.
Au cœur de chaque milonga, il y a une âme… et cette âme, ce sont nos DJ.
Pour cette 1ère édition du Mucho Tango Festival Canada, nous avons l’immense privilège d’accueillir six DJ de calibre international, véritables architectes de l’émotion et de l’énergie sur la piste.
Corinne Krikorian (Montréal, Canada)
Teacher, Organizer, dancer, Dj
Inspired and mentored by the world-renowned Michel Auzat, Corinne has been a recognized DJ in the Montreal community since 2017. Her mission is to create musically balanced evenings. She is regularly invited to DJ at several milongas under the name DJ Coco.

Inspirée et entrainée par le renommé mondiale Michel Auzat, Corinne est reconnue comme Dj depuis 2017 dans la communauté de Montréal. Sa mission est de créer des soirées musicalement équilibrées. Elle est régulièrement invitée comme DJ dans plusieurs milongas sous le nom de DJ Coco.
Ivan Aleksandrov (Ottawa, Canada)

Being a professional dancer, he discover Argentine tango in 2008 studying with the masters around the world. An evening as Dj is always a new adventure for him. He loves all good classical tangos with passion and appreciate the modern orchestras that bring new form of expression for the dancers.

Wolf Mercado ( Montréal, Canada)
Co-owner of MonTango School, Teacher, Dancer, DJ
Born in Argentina, Wolf moved to Montreal in 1999 and began his tango training and teaching journey within the local community. In 2008, he co-founded MonTango, a school renowned for the quality of its teaching, where he is a teacher, DJ, and host of a weekly milonga. He is regularly invited as a DJ and teacher at festivals and cultural events in Montreal, Quebec City, and Laval. As a DJ, Wolf distinguishes himself by creating dynamic and traditional Argentine Tango atmosphere.

Né en Argentine, Wolf s’installe à Montréal en 1999 et entreprend son parcours de formation et d’enseignement du tango au sein de la communauté locale. En 2008 il participe à la fondation de Mon Tango, une école reconnue pour la qualité de son enseignement ou il est professeur, Dj et hôte d’une milonga hebdomadaire. Il est régulièrement invité en tant que Dj et professeur lors de festivals et événements culturels à Montréal, Québec et Laval. En tant que Dj, Wolf se démarque en créant une ambiance dynamique à la fois traditionnelle du Tango Argentin.
Steven Thull (Rochester, New York)
Teacher, milonga host, Dj
Steven Thull started DJing back in 2017, when he started hosting praticas and milongas in his hometown of Rochester NY, where he still regularly hosts and teaches. Since then, his DJing has brought him all over the US, Canada, and a brief tour of Italy.
Steven shows his passion for the music in the way he DJs; Through coherent and carefully crafted tandas, great sound from excellent sources, and respect for the dancers… he will elevate your tango experience and create a beautiful atmosphere that will keep you dancing all night long.

Steven Thull a commencé à mixer en 2017, en animant des praticas et des milongas dans sa ville natale de Rochester, dans l’État de New York, où il continue d’animer et d’enseigner régulièrement. Depuis, son activité de DJ l’a mené aux quatre coins des États-Unis, du Canada et lors d’une courte tournée en Italie.
Steven transmet sa passion pour la musique à travers ses tandas cohérentes et soigneusement composées avec un son exceptionnel provenant d’excellentes sources et un profond respect pour les danseurs… il sublimera votre expérience du tango et créera une ambiance envoûtante qui vous fera danser jusqu’au bout de la nuit.
Piotr R. Sidorowicz ( Montréal, Canada)

Fascinated by the music and inspired by Michel Auzat, in 2019 he began studying the art of tango DJing with Rafael (Rafa) Baere. He continued his studies of tango orchestras, their history, and style with Horacio (Pebete) Godoy, Brian Mujica, Pietro Galasso, and other prominent DJs in Buenos Aires. He is a regular guest DJ at milongas in Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, and Warsaw. He has also been a guest DJ in Buenos Aires, at the Toronto Spring Tango Marathon 2024 and 2025, and at the Canadian tango competitions preliminaries for the TANGOBA World Cup 2024 and 2025.

Fasciné par la musique et inspiré par Michel Auzat, il a commencé en 2019 à étudier l’art du DJing tango avec Rafael (Rafa) Baere. Il a poursuivi ses études sur les orchestres de tango, leur histoire et leur style avec Horacio (Pebete) Godoy, Brian Mujica, Pietro Galasso et d’autres DJ de renom à Buenos Aires. Il est régulièrement invité comme Dj dans des milongas à Ottawa, Montréal, Toronto et Varsovie. Il a également été invité à Buenos Aires, au Marathon de Toronto au printemps 2024/25, ainsi qu’aux épreuves préliminaires des compétitions canadiennes de tango pour la Coupe du Monde de TANGOBA 2024 et 2025.

Jason runs Milonga Maleva and Milonga Dominguez in Toronto. Jason is guest Dj at various festivals, marathon and milonga in Asia, America, Europe and Buenos Aires. As a DJ, he is passionate about tango music from Golden Age, offering a wide range of music to generate the most rewarding and inspiring dancing experience for milongueros. His selection of music is characterized by dynamic and sensation of dancers, dictated by the energy flow on the dancing floor. Since 2018, he has been invited in some of the most traditional and prestigious milongas in Buenos Aires.

Jason anime les milongas Maleva et Dominguez à Toronto. Il est régulièrement DJ invité dans de nombreux festivals, marathons et milongas en Asie, Amérique, Europe et à Buenos Aires.
